About Me

Welcome, here is my little space in this vast ever so changing internet age, which we now live in. The concept of this sight is rather simple, it’s my life how it was reborn again after leaving the states in 1995. So we can call it Post America, and now it’s the traveling adventures of the places I have been lucky enough to see, taste, smell and feel. I am for those of you who may or may not know, an Accomplished Executive Pastry chef. I am from a small town in Buffalo New York, called Depew. From this little town, my vision to create and cook began in my mom’s kitchen. The Good Housekeeping book that once one a decoration piece in the kitchen turned out to be my Bible. The lemon poppy seed pound cake was the first thing I ever baked, and it seemed to always be on the menu. From there I developed my skill and interests to the other sections of the book. Careers always seem to have a quirky and unusual beginning, and that’s how mine began. I do still have the Cook Book, as I carry it with me as it always reminds me of where I came from, and with a little bit of vision and hard work, anything is possible. Today, I have hung up my apron, ( Never actually ) and am in a new role, The front of the house, as a Food and Beverage Director , , and Recently a Operational Manager . So that Little Book, has opened up my world and my Career, into what I am today. I do hope that you enjoy what you read, and see!
